Frobisher Road Development Project
Our requisite was to source a development project to flip on. We redeveloped Frobisher road from a one-bedroom into a two-bedroom ground-floor flat by constructing a rear extension and refurbishing the entire flat. We sourced, redeveloped and re-sold within nine months on the open market. We were solely funded by an overseas investor who saw a Year on Year Rate of Return of 40%.

RONALD ROAD Development PROJECT
Our brief on this project was to acquire a freehold house for a local family who was moving due to their growing family. On this occasion, the property was dilapidated and unoccupied for several years. We refurbished the entire property by returning to the brick and creating a high-end but functional three-bedroom house in time for the arrival of their newborn baby. We had the property independently valued, and if the client had decided to sell or rent, their Year on Year Rate of Return would have been 35% or 6%, respectively.

Buying- Off Market
An Indian HNWI was looking to buy a trophy house for when his family spent their summers in London. We arranged viewings with a variety of agents within our network and presented them with five properties based on their requirements. We successfully negotiated an off-market property with an 11% saving off the market price.
